  2. Long Distance Day Service is not available on Weekends or Holidays.

  3. Weekend starts at 8:00 PM, Friday and ends at 8:00 AM, Monday.

  4. The following shall be deemed to be holidays: 
    
   New Year's Day            Labor Day
   Memorial Day              Independence Day
   Thanksgiving Day          Christmas Day
